We want you to be fully satisfied with your learning experience. This policy explains when and how you can return a course or request a refund.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if:
- You have completed less than 30% of the course content.
- You have not downloaded any offline materials (e.g. PDFs, videos).
- The course was not part of a limited-time bundle marked as non-refundable.
- You have not violated our Terms of Service.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
- You’ve accessed over 30% of the course curriculum.
- You used a promotional code that explicitly excludes refunds.
- The course was purchased as part of a final-sale bundle or corporate license.
- Abuse of the refund system (e.g. repeated requests).
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To submit a refund request:
- Email us at root@perfectionce-academy.com from your registered email address.
- Include your full name, course name, order ID, and reason for return.
- Wait for a response from our support team (within 24–48 hours).
We may ask for additional verification to process your request.
4. Subscription Cancellations
For monthly or annual subscriptions:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a partial refund.
- You retain full access until the end of your current billing cycle.
5. Digital Product Notice
Our courses are digital services. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
- No physical return is required.
- Immediate access is granted upon payment, which affects refund eligibility.
- Refunds are discretionary and subject to the terms outlined above.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this Return and Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or user feedback.
